About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and self-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to represent our vaping brands SNOWPLUS, a TPD compliant vape products that remain available under UK regulations. You'll be working with and selling directly to wholesalers and dealers, helping to increase brand visibility, boost sales, and expand our reach in UK area.
This is a perfect opportunity for someone with a strong drive to learn and grow in a fast-pace market. Whether or not you have previous experience in sales or the vaping industry, we're seeking someone who is motivated by success, ready to take charge, and excited to develop their career!
What will you be doing in the role?
Market & Regulation Research: Conduct a regular research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies; Stay updated on regulations and policies affecting the vape and flavouring sectors.
Business Development: Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities across multiple sales channels; Build a strong pipeline of secondary and tertiary wholesaler and convert them into long-term partnerships; Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with new customers.
Customer Service: Conduct regular meetings to ensure client satisfaction, resolve issues, and upsell products.
Trade Shows & Events: Participate in trade shows and events, representing the brand and engaging with customers.
What we're looking for?
-No previous field sales experience necessarily required-we're looking for someone with a hunger to succeed and a drive to learn.
-A passion for delivering results and taking ownership of your work.
-Excellent communication and customer service skills -you'll be building relationships with distributors and dealers.
-A driving license for at least 12 months.
-Candidates must already have the legal right to work in the UK, as sponsorship is not available for this role.
-Remote / Hybrid working may be considered for the right candidate dependent on location.
