Job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: Market Information Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze market-related information based on client recruitment needs to assist consultants in identifying suitable candidates. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor information, and talent market dynamics to support recruitment strategies. Candidate Information Management: Enhance candidate information to ensure accuracy and completeness. Assist in building, managing, and maintaining the company’s talent database, ensuring timely updates. Resume Screening and Organization: Assist consultants in collecting, categorizing, and organizing candidate materials. Conduct preliminary screening of resumes to ensure they meet job requirements. Target Company and Candidate Search: Analyze the characteristics of different positions to identify target companies and potential candidates. Establish initial contact with target companies or candidates via phone or email. Target Company Research: Actively understand the organizational structure, department setup, and business operations of target companies to accumulate information for long-term talent searches. Build and maintain an information database of target companies to facilitate future recruitment efforts. Other Support Tasks: Assist consultants with other related tasks, such as scheduling interviews and following up on candidate feedback.
Job Requirements
Passionate and curious about the human resources consulting industry, with strong stress resistance and a clear direction for personal career planning. Bachelor's degree or higher. Possesses logical thinking, good communication and comprehension skills, a mindset for long-term learning and accumulation, and strong self-motivation.
