Job responsibilities
1.Conduct talent market searches and mapping for specific countries or regions, manage interview processes, and oversee offer management. 2.Develop detailed candidate search plans, including but not limited to job analysis and recruitment channel planning. 3.Perform candidate screening, interviews, evaluations, and recommendations while ensuring timely follow-up throughout the process. 4.Achieve personal revenue targets and meet various performance metrics set by the company.
Job requirements
1.Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least one year of work experience. Outstanding fresh graduates from engineering or technical disciplines are also encouraged to apply. 2.Proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills for seamless interaction with international professionals. 3.Genuine interest in international headhunting, with strong learning capabilities and adeptness in information research. 4.Highly self-motivated, with resilience and the ability to handle setbacks effectively.
