Job responsibilities
Main responsibilities Business support and coordination Assist department managers in handling daily business affairs, including contract drafting, order follow-up, customer communication, etc. Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure timely project delivery and meet customer needs. Track project progress, timely report project progress and existing issues, and assist in resolving difficulties during project execution. Customer Relationship Maintenance Assist department managers in maintaining existing customer relationships, regularly communicate with customers, understand their needs, and provide timely service support. Participate in customer visits and meetings, record meeting content, and follow up on follow-up actions. Assist in handling customer complaints and feedback, ensuring customer satisfaction. Market research and data analysis Assist in conducting market research in the CCTV industry, collect and analyze competitor information, and provide reference for the company to formulate market strategies. Organize and analyze sales data, provide sales trend analysis and forecast reports, and provide data support for the company's business decisions. Document management and data organization Responsible for organizing, archiving, and storing departmental documents to ensure their security and integrity. Assist in creating business reports, PPTs, and other documents to ensure accuracy and clarity of information. Internal coordination and communication within the department Assist the department manager in communicating and coordinating within the department to ensure smooth progress of all tasks. Convey instructions and requirements from department managers, supervise employee execution, and ensure the achievement of department work goals.
Job Requirements
Job requirements Education background: College degree or above in electronic engineering, marketing, or related fields. Work experience: More than 1 year of work experience in the CCTV industry or related fields, familiar with CCTV products and technologies. Skill requirements: Having good communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate with clients and internal employees. Proficient in using Office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Having certain market analysis and data processing abilities, able to independently complete market research and data analysis work. Personal qualities: Carefulness, patience, attention to details, and strong execution ability. Having strong learning and adaptability abilities, able to quickly grasp new knowledge and skills. Possess good teamwork spirit and professional ethics, able to handle work pressure.
