Job Responsibilities Financial Management and Decision Support Develop and optimize the company's financial management system to ensure the compliance and efficiency of financial processes. Analyze the company's financial situation and provide financial analysis reports to provide strong support for the company's strategic decisions. Monitor the implementation of the company's budget, adjust the budget allocation in a timely manner to ensure that the company's resources are reasonably utilized. Accounting and Report Preparation Responsible for organizing the accounting work of the company to ensure that the accounts are clear and accurate. Prepare financial statements and financial analysis reports, and provide financial information to the superior leaders and relevant departments in a timely manner. Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure compliance and fairness of the company's financial reports. Tax planning and management Study the national tax policies and formulate reasonable tax planning programs for the company to reduce tax risks. Responsible for the company's tax reporting to ensure tax compliance. Maintain good communication with the tax department to handle tax disputes and problems. Funds Management and Risk Control Formulate the company's fund management system to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the company's funds. Monitor the company's capital flow, analyze the capital structure and optimize the capital allocation. Evaluate the company's financial risks and formulate risk control strategies to ensure the company's financial soundness. Capital operation and investment and financing management Participate in the company's capital operation and assist the company in completing major projects such as listing, mergers and acquisitions. Plan and organize the company's financing activities to raise funds for the company's development. Evaluate investment projects and provide financial analysis and suggestions for the company's investment decisions. Team Building and Personnel Management Set up and manage the finance team to enhance the team's professional ability and work efficiency. Develop training programs for the finance team, cultivate financial talents and improve the overall quality of the team. Motivate team members, create a good team atmosphere and enhance team cohesion.

Technical ability or licensing required:- Must be a Chinese candidate currently residing in France. Should be majored in finance or accounting, familiar with international accounting rules,with professional qualifications, and know some major ERP systems well, such as SAP, Oracle etc. Accounting experiences in trading companies,and / or with China companies, and additional management experiences preferred. Reporting to CEO of the joint venture company, overseas CFO from the shareholder of the company. Subordinate The finance and accounting team of the joint venture company.
