Job responsibilities
1.Assist leaders in handling administrative tasks such as itinerary planning, document organization, and meeting arrangements.
2.Provide business English training to our boss, covering aspects such as oral and written communication skills and business etiquette.
3.Assist with translation and drafting of business documents, contracts, and reports.
4.Track and address business needs and issues of international partners.
5.Assist in organizing and arranging domestic and international business meetings and events.
6.Coordinate and maintain good communication and collaboration with various departments within the company.
Job requirements
1.Preferred native English speakers (Canadian, Australian, British, American, Filipino nationalities preferred), fluency in Chinese is a plus.
2.Bachelor's degree or above in Business Management or a related field is preferred.
3.Excellent business etiquette and international cultural awareness.
4.Outstanding oral and written English communication skills.
5.Familiarity with international business practices and procedures, with relevant work experience being a plus.
6.Willingness to travel .
