Job responsibilities
1. Assist the General Manager in communicating and exchanging information with clients, partners, and overseas branches, accurately translating and conveying information, including but not limited to business negotiations, conference discussions, telephone and email communications, etc;
2. Responsible for arranging the daily itinerary of the general manager, including business meetings, business trips, business banquets, etc., planning time reasonably, preparing relevant materials and itinerary details in advance, and ensuring that the general manager is informed in a timely manner;
3. According to the work arrangement of the general manager, adjust and optimize the schedule plan in a timely manner, flexibly respond to emergencies, and ensure that all work is carried out in an orderly manner:
4. Assist the General Manager in handling various documents such as contracts, reports, emails, etc., and carry out translation, organization, and archiving work to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of the documents;
5. Organize and arrange relevant meetings;
6. Complete other temporary tasks assigned by the general manager, such as arranging special business receptions, handling emergency documents, etc.
Job Requirements
1. Russia, Europe, Japan and South Korea, ladies (with good image and temperament), Chinese and English as working languages;
2. Age range of 20-30 years old, with a bachelor's degree or above and no major restrictions;
