Job responsibilities
1. Organize the formulation and implementation of after-sales service business policies, and assess the implementation of after-sales service business policies by agents; 2. Organize the development of an after-sales service operation management manual, evaluate the quarterly and annual operation of after-sales service, and develop improvement and enhancement plans; 3. Responsible for the unified management of the service station, establishing regular communication mechanisms with the service station, guiding the construction of the service station, and assisting agents in solving various problems during the after-sales service process, such as customer complaints, crisis public relations, etc; 4. Develop overseas after-sales service marketing plans, collaborate with relevant business departments to implement service marketing activities and evaluate their effectiveness; 5. Responsible for conducting after-sales service satisfaction surveys on overseas distributors and conducting CSI surveys on end users; 6. Develop and improve overseas after-sales service claim policies and processes; 7. Receive and review after-sales product claim applications, core recycling, etc., and settle and archive expenses; 8. Regularly prepare various claims data analysis reports and provide feedback to relevant departments for rectification; 9. Organize the formulation of annual spare parts sales targets for overseas distributors, and supervise them to complete spare parts tasks; 10. Monitor the completion rate, timeliness, and accuracy of international spare parts orders, conduct relevant analysis, and provide timely feedback;
Job Requirements
1. Graduated from a full-time college/undergraduate degree, with over 5 years of overseas after-sales service experience and overseas after-sales service management experience; 2. Familiar with various processes of overseas after-sales service and have the ability to establish an overseas after-sales system; 3. Possess independent planning and execution abilities, strong service awareness, and result orientation; 4. Strong pressure resistance and ability to adapt to high-intensity work environments; 5. Possess good analytical, summarizing, and planning skills, as well as strong written expression skills; 6. Priority will be given to those with local market work experience in Indonesia; 7. Both Indonesian and English can be used as working languages.
