下属人数:2-3人(KA Retail+in store1人,EDU BD1人)初期先2人左右

岗位职责:
1,负责德国及欧洲区域内消费级硬件产品的整体销售规划与执行,直接对销售业绩负责,确保达成或超越既定的销售目标;
2,主动挖掘并开发潜在客户,建立并维护稳定的客户关系,通过高效的沟通和谈判技巧,提升客户满意度和忠诚度;
3,根据德国和欧洲的市场特性,制定并执行针对性的销售策略,包括市场细分、产品定位、销售渠道优化等,以促进销售转化率的提升;
4,与跨部门团队紧密合作,共同推动项目进展,解决销售过程中遇到的问题;
5,持续跟踪市场动态,分析竞争对手策略,调整销售策略以应对市场变化。收集并分析客户反馈,为产品改进和市场策略提供数据支持。
任职资格:
1,拥有5年或以上消费级硬件销售经验,熟悉德国和欧洲市场情况及消费者行为模式,具备本地市场资源者优先考虑;
2,具备出色的学习能力、市场洞察力、销售技巧和谈判能力,能够有效开发新客户并维护老客户关系;
3,目标感强,结果导向,以达成销售目标为核心驱动力;
4,具备不错的抗压能力和创新思维,勇于尝试新的销售策略和方法。
Job Responsibilities:
1,Be responsible for the overall sales planning and execution of consumer-grade hardware products in Germany and the European region. Be directly accountable for sales performance and ensure that the established sales targets are met or exceeded.
2,Actively identify and develop potential customers, build and maintain stable customer relationships. Through efficient communication and negotiation skills, enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3,Based on the market characteristics of Germany and Europe, formulate and implement targeted sales strategies, including market segmentation, product positioning, optimization of sales channels, etc., in order to promote the improvement of sales conversion rates.
4,Cooperate closely with cross-departmental teams to jointly promote project progress and solve problems encountered during the sales process.
5,Continuously track market dynamics, analyze competitors' strategies and adjust sales strategies to respond to market changes. Collect and analyze customer feedback to provide data support for product improvement and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
1,Have 5 years or more of experience in consumer-grade hardware sales, be familiar with the market conditions in Germany and Europe as well as consumer behavior patterns. Those with local market resources will be given priority.
2,Possess excellent learning ability, market insight, sales skills and negotiation skills, and be able to effectively develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
3,Have a strong sense of goals, be result-oriented, and take achieving sales targets as the core driving force.
4,Have good stress tolerance and innovative thinking, and be brave to try new sales strategies and methods.
