Job responsibilities
Position Responsibilities Strategic Planning and Formulation: Based on the company's vision, mission and core values, comprehensively analyze industry trends, market opportunities and competitive landscape, and formulate the company's long-term development strategy and short-term action plan. Monitor the strategy implementation process to ensure the consistency of the strategy with the company's objectives, and adjust the strategic direction in a timely manner according to market changes and business needs. Market Analysis and Research: Responsible for in-depth analysis of the target market to understand customer needs, competitor dynamics and industry development trends, providing strong support for the company's decision-making. Regularly organize the writing and sharing of market research reports to enhance the company's sensitivity and ability to respond to market changes. Business Development and Partner Relationship Management: Identify and evaluate potential business expansion opportunities, plan and promote the development and implementation of new business models. Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key partners, seek cooperation opportunities and jointly promote business development. Internal Resource Integration and Coordination: Coordinate resources and cooperation between various departments within the company to ensure smooth communication and efficient collaboration in the process of strategy implementation. Optimize internal processes and enhance organizational effectiveness to ensure the smooth realization of strategic objectives. Risk Management and Response: Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the risks faced by the company and formulate risk response strategies and measures to ensure sound development of the company. Monitor potential risks in the process of strategy implementation, provide timely warning and take effective measures to deal with them. Team building and management: Responsible for the formation, training and management of the strategy team to enhance the team's professional ability and execution. Create a positive team atmosphere and stimulate the innovation and cooperation spirit of team members.
Job requirements
1. Bachelor or above degree of university, fluent in English, at least 3 years experience in foreign company or foreign cooperation, records of success in managing/directing aspects of overseas coorporation. 2. Being familiar and enthusiastic with industry of the Internet and IT, being good at handling interpersonal relationship, and have favourable friend-sourcing. 3. Excellent skill of negotiation, sensitive to data, high responsibility, proactive, willing to accept challenges, and being able to work effectively under pressure are preferrable. 4. Teamwork is acknowledged. Willing to travel.
