JXT Group is one of the largest Chinesemanufacturers for electronic connector and a significant supplier of Apple and Samsungmobile devices.Now we’re looking for a Dutch Technical Service Manager, will work in the NetherlandsThe office: Zevenwouden 194, 3524 CX Utrecht, the Netherlands, or, you can work from your homeJob Desciption:Job purpose:Responsible for driving the operational and financial service and Support performance in the assigned country/countries.This position will manage all Service and support related activities to constantly increase customer satisfaction and creat loyalty at an acceptable cost level. Responsibilities:1,Define and constantly improve the local service and support set-up for the assigned country/countries.2,Assistance in plant configuration and product training at our customer’s site.3,Solve/handle technical and warranty issues from customers in local market.4,Escalate technical issue to level2 support team in China when there is no solution can be made locally. Keep pressure on level2 suuport team in China until escalated issue have a proper solution and be implemented in a reasonable time.5,Supervise the local Service logistic providers,manage the local exchange pool at acceptable cost. 6.Select,manage and train the local Service provide(Installers) to develop a reasonable coverage for the assigned country/countries. 7.Perform software upgrades of inverters at the office,warehouse and installation sites. 8.Actively participate in customer meetings together with the Sales team to identify customer needs 9.Develop and execute a yearly Service and Support business plan based on the country and global service and support staategy. Job requirements
Qualifications:1, Bechelor Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent in depath technical expertise.2, A minimum of 3 years experience in international Service and Support organizations,managerial experience is desired.3, Proven track record in Service operations,process optimization and change management projects,results in Customer satisfaction and productivity improvements. Personal attributes1,Drive for result,strong in execution,financial acumen2,Distinctive analytical and conceptual skills combined with strong communication skills and assertiveness; entrepreneurial and customer-oriented in mindset and behavior3,Excellent English language skills and ability and willingness for international travel4,Promote trust and teamwork5, Very good English
