Job responsibilities
Preparing all Operating Procedures with the Operations team for Housekeeping operations in LvYue Hotels and Resorts.Conducting inspections of Hotels to ensure SOPs are followed, reviewing equipment etc.Preparing property inspection reports.Assist properties in preparing action plans based on inspections.Conduct training with team at each property.Reviewing and making suggestions for equipment to be used in each hotel.Assisting in completion of Maintenance and Preventative Maintenance plans with Corporate Engineer and property team.Assist with budgeting as it relates to Housekeeping and Maintenance operations.Make suggestions for product improvements.Assist with Pest Control plans at a property level.Maintaining close communication with the property GM/OPM.Review and assist the Housekeeping budget for each existing overseas property and proposed projects.Controls and analyses Housekeeping costs on an ongoing basis to ensure performance against budget for overseas propertiesReviews and assists with plans for future housekeeping staffing needs for each overseas property.Assists in recruiting the leader of Housekeeping for each overseas property.
Job requirements
At least five years technical experience.Bi lingual in English and Chinese.Possess strong communication skills.Have held the position of Executive Housekeeper/Director of Housekeeping for an internationally branded hotel.Pre-opening experience is an asset.Strong leadership abilities.Self-motivated.Multi-cultural and be adaptable to change.
