Job responsibilities
1, Give training to internal employees. 2, The training is about housekeeping and customer service, including but not limited to: - Image management and character enhancement: making a good impression on the employer, personal grooming (hairstyle, hygiene, daily etiquette), professional housekeeper's service attitude; - Bedroom arrangement: bedroom detail design, beautifying the bedroom, including arranging beds, furniture, lighting, etc; - Cleaning knowledge: disinfecting, maintenance, and cleanliness skills for surfaces and floors in the living room, dining room, toilet, and bathroom, as well as for furniture and other fixtures. - Meal service: preparing meals, setting the table, learning to make breakfast, lunch, dinner and afternoon tea snacks, napkin folding, coffee and wine service, and more.
Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree; - Knowledge of Chinese; - Overseas employment experience; - Years of experience in the domestic service industry and proficiency in domestic service related skills; - Possesses the Philippine National Technical Certificate NCII.
