Desired Skill and Experience The ideal candidate will: 1. Have a major in advertising or visual merchandising design, bachelor degree or above; at least five years' work experience in the creative industry 2. Have a background in creative industry leadership; can be relied on to come up with innovative and fresh ideas, be attentive to and have a strong interest in a wide range of global creative fields 3. Hold abundant experience in branding services, be proficient in advertising strategy and creative performance; have unique insight into artistic promotion and outstanding skill for supervising its implementation. 4. Have great interpersonal communication skills, strong team management and organisational capabilities, and be able to tolerate a high-pressure working environment 5. Be fluent in spoken and written English (preferably with long-term experience working in the UK) and be able to use creative design software such as InDesign and Adobe Illustrator to make basic models and illustrate ideas. Be highly attentive to technology and aesthetics. 6. Have a background in 4A or at least 2 years' experience in a creative services company, preferably for luxury/designer brand advertising and marketing strategy 7. Excellent oral and written communication skills (Chinese language skills are an asset)
