Role Overview
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing a wide array of advertising materials that effectively communicate our brand's message to a global audience. With 3-5 years of experience, you'll bring creativity and precision to both print and digital mediums, including our website's graphic content. Skills in 3D software are considered a valuable asset but are not mandatory. Reporting to the Market Communication Manager, you'll ensure our marketing assets are not only visually compelling but also meticulously organized and
aligned with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design Creation: Develop engaging design solutions for print and digital advertising materials, including brochures, posters, and online ads.
• Website Content: Create visually appealing graphic content for our website, enhancing user experience and brand consistency.
• 3D Design: (Optional) Employ 3D software like Blender or Keyshot for creating immersive visuals, adding depth to product showcases and campaigns.
• Brand Consistency: Uphold THEO's brand integrity across all marketing materials, ensuring a cohesive visual identity.
• Asset Management: Demonstrate excellent organizational skills in managing a comprehensive library of marketing assets, ensuring easy access and efficient use across teams.
• Collaboration: Work alongside the marketing team to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual stories that resonate across diverse markets.
• Global Adaptation: Tailor advertising materials for international audiences, considering cultural nuances to maximize engagement.
Job requirements
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of relevant graphic design experience, showcasing a strong portfolio in both print and digital media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); skills in 3D software are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and marketing assets efficiently.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills and the ability to create content for global audiences.
• A keen eye for typography and detailed understanding of how typography influences design.
• Experience in adapting designs for various markets, demonstrating cultural awareness and versatility.
• A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Practical experience and a proven track record are highly valued.
