Job responsibilities
Main Duties Answer customer inquiries Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner and provide accurate and detailed answers to customers by phone, email, online chat and other means. Customer Complaint Handling Receive customer complaints, listen patiently to customer opinions, and actively coordinate with relevant departments to solve problems. Track the progress of complaint handling, ensure that the problem is properly solved, and provide timely feedback to customers on the results. After-sales service and support Provide after-sales service, such as product use guidance, troubleshooting, etc., to ensure that customers can use the company's products smoothly. Regularly visit customers to understand the use of products, collect customer feedback and improve customer satisfaction. Customer Relationship Maintenance Maintain good communication with customers and establish long-term and stable cooperative relationship. Regularly push the company news, product updates and other information to enhance customer stickiness. Customer data collation and analysis Organize customer inquiries, complaints and other data, analyze customer needs and satisfaction, and provide support for the company's decision-making. Explore the potential needs of customers and provide suggestions for the company's product and service innovation.
Job requirements
Requirements College degree or above, preferably in marketing, customer service or related field. At least 1 year working experience in customer service or related field, familiar with customer service process and skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to handle customer relationship properly. Strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics, able to maintain customer privacy and company confidentiality. Proficient in the use of office software and basic knowledge of the Internet.
