We are now having an exciting opportunity for a motivated one with entrepreneurial spirit to fill International Digital Marketing Director role in BeijingJob description • Plan, develop, and manage digital/mobile marketing programs and campaigns which include but not limited to mobile app strategy , mobile app SEO, and online/mobile social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) strategies.• Ongoing management and implementation of digital marketing plans to support content and sales team, including digital PR, SEO, SEM, E-Mail Marketing, etc.• Identify customer demands in the international (US) market and execute tactics through maximizing SEM, SEO, social media, and other emerging digital platforms to optimize both conversion and transformation rate• Grow customer base via digital/mobile marketing channels, and maintain good relationships with customers via social media platforms• Manage and report on results and set organizational KPIs and implement within dashboards using Google Analytics or other analytics packages• Measure and interpret data to include customer profiling and behaviour across customer journey mapping and web traffic data, PPC analytics• Cooperate with the Content editor to create attractive written and visual content for the products. • Manage the implementation of daily/weekly/monthly/holiday promotions via social media platforms to drive sales.• Coordinate activities with operations department for necessary support.Location : Soho Modern Town, Subway Line 1, Yong An Li Station, then 5 minutes walk. Job requirements
Desired Skills and Experience• Bachelor + Degree in Marketing/PR/Advertising/Journalism/Communication/Business/E-commerce• 2+ years relevant marketing experience. Native US citizen. Understanding of fashion industry in US market and its consumers.• Experience with Google Analytics – managing and reporting on results thereby formulate digital strategies• Chinese speaking and verbal skills is a plus• Copywriting and brand experience for all channels including web, social media, email marketing and off-line• Strategic and creative thinking, able to initiate effective marketing materials and campaigns for online user• Attention to detail is a must• Ambitious personality, super interpersonal skills, and good time management skills• Excellent management and organizational skills, and ability to work independently and control multitask• Self-driven and energetic team player with a strong Entrepreneurship spirit• Proficient in Excel/Word/Powerpoint/Photoshop and other digital marketing tools
