Job responsibilities
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns. • Design, build and maintain our social media presence. • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points • Develops and manages digital marketing department budget and ensures the delivery of all marketing activities within agreed budget and time. • Lead media coverage, updates Megatek Web and other online applications related to the presence of Megatek in the marketing viewpoint. • Analysing information and making decision to improve customer online shopping experience. • Developing new/innovative ways of growing sales (e.g. new marketing initiatives, new categories to consider etc.). • Oversee the development of persuasive marketing content for megateksa.com website. • Produce and analyse reports of effectiveness of digital media tactics and e-commerce sales.

Manage changing priorities effectively and efficiently. • Effectively drives the organization to apply new solutions to improve company performance. • Deep experience of digital media, marketing, advertising, and/or technology, and an inactive interest in how digital innovation is driving change. • Strong analytical skills; ability to analyse raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations. • High developed interpersonal, team building. • Effective communication, presentation, influencing, and negotiation skills. • Strong organizational skills. • Ability to select, motivate, and develop staff as well as delegate effectively.
