About the jobMCG Talent are on the look out for a commercially minded Business Development Director to join a fast growing video game developer, publish and investor to lead the business growth in Shanghai, China.As a Business Development Director, you will focus on driving new partnerships within the region. Building on an existing client base or developing a new network of clients will be the key to success.ResponsibilitiesBe the first point of contact and lead the business development initiatives for Greater China.Develop long term relationships with game developers/publishers, and identify partnership opportunities.Collaborate with local partners to develop acquisition strategies for game publishes, IPs and studios.Monitor business and financial performances with senior management team.Lead the local team and coordinate with cross functional teams.
Job requirements
Requirements5+ years of experience in the gaming (mid-core) industry in Greater China. Proven success of developing partnerships.Existing client base within the mobile gaming industry in Asia.Able to communicate and influence internal and external stakeholders.Entrepreneurial and growth mindset is a must.Fluent in Mandarin, good English.
