You are Ideal candidate if you have: 1. CELTA / TEFL / TESOL 1. At least 5+ years of ESL teaching experience in corporate training or adult training. 2. CELTA / TEFL / TESOL 3. BA and above in Education/ English and related fields 4. Management experience, preferably in ESL/EFL 5. Outstanding communication skills 6. Proactive approach, problem solving skills 7. English on Idiomatic level (Chinese Native or English Native speakers considered ). 8. Experience in teaching training preferred. 9. Excellent Lesson planning skills 10.Experience in curriculum development preferred.
