Job responsibilities
1. Supervise the execution progress and quality of the construction projects under responsibility, coordinate, cooperate, and contact relevant departments and supervisory agencies.
2. Track and verify project data, records, and bill of quantities to ensure the completeness and accuracy of relevant work records.
3. Responsible for the procurement and inventory management of materials, equipment, mechanical equipment, etc. for engineering projects, strictly controlling financial expenditures.
4. Establish, communicate and maintain good working relationships with construction units, design units, construction units, supervision units, etc.
