- Bachelor's degree. - TEFL certificate (CELTA or equivalent preferred). - Native English speaker. - At least 1 year of experience teaching youth or adults. - Between the ages of 24 and 55 (due to Chinese work visa restrictions). - No criminal record. - Passionate about teaching English to youth or adults. - Hold a passport issued by the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia or New Zealand. - Creative, caring, energetic and responsible.
