Main Responsibilities Teaching Planning and Implementation Develop individualized teaching plans based on students' English level, subject foundation and course objectives. Carefully prepare lessons and teaching materials to ensure the quality and depth of the teaching content. Efficiently implement classroom teaching and adopt diversified teaching methods to stimulate students' enthusiasm and initiative in learning. Student Assessment and Feedback Regularly assess students' learning progress, including classroom performance, completion of assignments, and test scores. Provide timely feedback to students and parents on assessment results and make targeted learning suggestions. Based on student feedback and assessment results, we will adjust our teaching programs and methods to meet students' learning needs. Teaching Research and Innovation Pay attention to the latest concepts and research results of ESL and subject teaching, and constantly update teaching knowledge and skills. Actively participate in teaching seminars, share teaching experiences and promote the common growth of the teaching team. Explore innovative teaching methods and techniques to improve teaching effectiveness and student satisfaction. Parent Communication and Cooperation Communicate with parents on a regular basis to understand students' learning in the home environment and provide necessary teaching support. Work with parents to develop students' learning plans and promote home-school cooperation for the overall development of students. Participation in Training Center Activities Actively participate in various activities organized by the training center, such as parents' meetings, teaching demonstrations, and enrollment promotion. Provide support and assistance for the training center's brand building and marketing.

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in English or Education (teaching credential preferred), or a discipline related to the job opening, and at least two years of full-time teaching experience (language teaching certificate preferred). Native or near-native proficiency in English.
