Job responsibilities

1. Efficiently and effectively lead all aspects of the cooking program, including planning, concept development, service management and cost control
2. Lead, direct and train the kitchen staff, supervise all production activities in the kitchen,
3. Check the quality and proper use of all food related to his department in the restaurant to ensure food hygiene and safety.

5. Provide training on relevant knowledge and working skills (including effective use of raw materials)
6. Coordinate kitchen work and the relationship between kitchen and other departments
