Job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain customers in assigned countries. 2. Develop plans and strategies in coordination with manager to achieve sales targets. 3. Achieve monthly KPI's and call plans as assigned by the Sales Manager. 4. Manage all sales processes and ensure compliance with all sales results. 5. Ensure optimum level of sales service is provided to customers. 6. Prepare all reports for new markets, analyze all competitor activity and submit to manager. 7. Evaluate all customer issues and provide the best solution. 8. Manage all export sales and ensure that all procedures of the organization are followed. 9. Analyze all market coverage, plan all required resources and ensure that all timelines are adhered to. 10. Maintain trustworthy and professional relationships with existing and potential customers. 11. Select, analyze and validate customer requirements, maintain and update relevant databases.
Job requirements
Required Skills/Experience 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand customer needs and interact with vendors and senior management. 2. Self-motivated and outgoing with excellent sales and negotiation skills to ultimately achieve sales goals. 3. Ability to research and analyze market trends and make appropriate decisions or recommendations. 4. Fluent in the language of the country where the product is sold (Spanish/French/English ......) . 5. Articulate, positive attitude and ability to work in a goal-driven environment. 6. Should be results oriented, have good business acumen, be computer savvy, have excellent time management and organizational skills.
