Job responsibilities
Job responsibilities:
1. Public relations development and maintenance: external coordination, communication, and handling of matters related to the company, projects, and offices.
2. Timely understand the policies and information of the Moroccan government and the government of the country where the project is located, and follow up on the implementation situation;
3. Timely establish a network of relationships with mainstream media and internet platforms in the country where the project is located, and provide support for the company's development;
4. Attend government/media conferences and interviews in the country where the project is located in a timely manner, form minutes, and ensure timely dissemination and internal communication and promotion;
5. Timely interface, communicate, coordinate and maintain relationships with the government of the country where the project is located, the Chinese embassy and business office in the country where the project is located, and provide effective feedback and tracking;
6. Timely connect, communicate, coordinate and maintain relationships with potential cooperating units (local Moroccan and Chinese enterprises in Morocco), media, associations, chambers of commerce, etc. in the country where the project is located, and provide effective feedback and tracking;
7. Timely communication, coordination, and proper resolution of various unexpected and emergency events during office operations and project execution, and do a good job in public relations.
8. Cross work with other departments in the office, such as applying for and handling relevant certificates and qualifications.
9. Assist in promoting the smooth progress of office and project related work.
10. The China Morocco Public Relations Commissioner assists and cooperates with each other in carrying out their work. Maintain existing relationships/Expand needed relationships/Risk prevention and control/Emergency response/Collection of industry related news reports.
11. Translation work related to public relations
12. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Job Requirements
Job requirements:
1. Have experience in Moroccan public relations, preferably in Moroccan public relations, Moroccan government resources, mainstream media experience, etc;
2. More than five years of work experience in administrative management positions, and more than three years of work experience in equivalent positions;
3. Have a deep and comprehensive understanding of Morocco, including but not limited to politics, economy, legal culture, etc;
4. Have good skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in both French and English.
5. Honest and flexible in handling tasks;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
7. Good image.
