Job responsibilities
1. Responsible for the daily financial accounting of the warehouse and the preparation of financial statements.
2. Responsible for managing financial budgets, cost control, and expense reimbursements.
3. Assist the headquarters in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial audits.
4. Responsible for handling financial matters related to taxation and suppliers.
5. Responsible for ensuring that imported and exported goods comply with customs regulations, handling relevant procedures for smooth customs clearance
6. Complete tasks temporarily assigned by superiors.

2. 负责管理财务预算、成本控制及费用报销。
3. 协助总部月度、季度和年度财务审计。
4. 负责处理与税务和供应商相关的财务事宜。
5. 负责确保进出口货物符合海关规定,办理相关手续以便顺利通关的工作
6. 完成上级领导临时交办的任务。
Job requirements
1. Educational requirements: At least have a basic education in finance related majors.
2. Language proficiency: Proficient in Chinese, English, and Malay (able to communicate with teams and clients from different language backgrounds)
4. Work experience: At least 3 years of relevant financial work experience, familiar with financial management and basic accounting, experience in import and export customs declaration and related document processing is preferred
3. Skill requirements: Proficient in using financial software and office software such as Excel, with the ability to create financial statements, budget control, and cost management, as well as good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
4. Personal qualities: Possessing high professional ethics and integrity, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies in all business activities, as well as being meticulous, responsible, and able to withstand certain work pressures
1.学历要求:至少具备财务相关专业的基础学历。
2.语言能力: 精通中文、英文、马来文(能够与不同语言背景的团队和客户沟通)
4.工作经验: 至少3年相关财务工作经验, 熟悉财务管理和基本的会计核算, 有进出口报关及相关文书处理经验者优先
3.技能要求: 熟练使用财务软件和Excel等办公软件, 具备财务报表制作、预算控制和成本管理能力, 有良好的分析能力、沟通能力和团队合作精神
4. 个人素养:具备高度的职业道德和诚信,确保在所有业务活动中遵守法律法规和公司政策,及细心、责任心强,能够承受一定的工作压力
