1. Bachelor's degree or above. 2. Proficient in financial and business analysis methods. 3. Over 3 years of financial work experience, with at least 2 years in regional finance roles. Experience in operational finance is preferred, with a strong understanding and enthusiasm for digital business operations. 4. English can be used as a working language. 5. Motivated, with strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
