Job responsibilities
1. Provide decision support for the Middle East and Africa business by identifying issues and revealing risks through planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis.
2. Oversee the management of major countries, analyze ROI for key projects such as channels and marketing resources, produce analytical reports, and identify business risks and opportunities. Manage key business indicators, major projects, and key clients, providing financial professional analysis to assist management decisions.
3. Participate in the design and negotiation of project financial terms, financial solutions, and business models.
4. Manage resource allocation and flexible grants, and implement improvements in expense management requirements.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Proficient in financial and business analysis methods.
3. Over 3 years of financial work experience, with at least 2 years in regional finance roles. Experience in operational finance is preferred, with a strong understanding and enthusiasm for digital business operations.
4. English can be used as a working language.
5. Motivated, with strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
