We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Foreign English Teacher to join our dynamic educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language instruction to students of varying ages and proficiency levels. You will create an engaging learning environment that inspires students to improve their English language skills, fostering both their academic and personal growth.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons to students ranging from [age group] in accordance with the curriculum.
Develop and implement creative teaching strategies to enhance students' language abilities.
Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing regular feedback and support to help them achieve their learning goals.
Maintain a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and interaction.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and effective learning environment.
Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities.
Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students.
Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe and respectful learning environment.
Qualifications:
Native or near-native proficiency in English.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent certification.
Previous teaching experience, particularly in an ESL/EFL context, is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to different cultural environments and work effectively in a diverse setting.
Passion for teaching and commitment to student success.
