Job responsibilities
1.Expand the company’s trade business through international exhibitions and online platforms, and be open to long-term overseas assignments.
2.Responsible for contacting clients, preparing quotes, participating in business negotiations, and signing contracts.
3.Handle production tracking, document review, customs declaration, and after-sales service.
4.Manage daily communication with overseas clients, understand their credit background, business model, and behavior. Maintain a comprehensive client information database for dynamic evaluation and classification to identify valuable clients.
5.Accurately convert client order information into internal order execution documents and monitor the status of order execution in real-time.
6.Coordinate logistics, inspection, and customs clearance based on the order execution status, accurately prepare foreign trade documents, and promptly submit various foreign trade business documents to the finance department for foreign exchange verification and tax refund.
7.Provide customer service, categorize and summarize client feedback, and collaborate with relevant departments to address issues.
8.Actively invite potential clients to visit the company, ensure a good reception, and showcase the company’s overall operational, product, and service advantages.
9.Familiarize yourself with internal company processes and have a thorough understanding of company operations and products.
10.Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.
Job Requirements
1. Associate degree or above, with at least CET-4 in English; fluent in letter writing and good oral communication skills, able to communicate smoothly with foreign clients.
2. Proficient in using computer business software, familiar with major websites such as Alibaba International Station.
3. Outgoing personality, enthusiastic work attitude, diligent, strong team spirit, self-challenging, and high stress resistance.
4. Familiar with international trade processes, well-versed in international trade payment and settlement methods, and knowledgeable about customs clearance, freight, and insurance.
5. Experience in hardware tools and sales is preferred.
6. Over two years of international trade experience, with strong customer service awareness, and a deep understanding and flexible practical skills in customer development, maintenance, and communication.
