Job responsibilities
1. Conduct demand analysis for target customer groups in each responsible region according to the company's market strategy and the marketing department's business objectives, and achieve annual sales tasks through overseas business partners, trade shows, and on-site visits to expand new customers. 2. Manage customer relationships in the French market, enhance customer satisfaction, and establish long-term, good, and stable relationships with regional customers. 3. Analyze product structure and target customer groups promptly based on business development needs and regional market characteristics, efficiently achieving financial targets. 4. Organize and collect market trends and key competitors' sales and marketing strategies to provide effective market decision-making information for business planning. 5. Build and manage domestic and overseas operations teams to facilitate the signing of customer orders, identifying and efficiently resolving issues.
Job requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in international trade, French, bioengineering, or related fields; candidates with experience in France will be given priority. 2. In-depth understanding of sales business knowledge, familiarity with local culture and market in France, with at least 1 year of international trade experience preferred. 3. Good communication skills in English and French, with no barriers in listening, speaking, reading, and writing; willing to travel abroad. 4. Diligent, self-disciplined, with strong self-motivation and excellent communication skills.
