Recruitment Background: As our company's business continues to expand, we are currently looking to recruit an intern from Europe or America to serve as the General Manager's Assistant. This role will assist the General Manager with daily administrative tasks and enhance the company's international operations. Job Responsibilities: 1. Assist the General Manager with daily administrative tasks, including document organization and translation of materials; 2. Help arrange the General Manager's schedule, including planning and arranging meetings, business trips, and other itineraries; 3. Participate in internal company meetings, record and organize meeting content, and assist the General Manager in following up on the implementation of meeting resolutions; 4. Be responsible for communication and coordination with international partners to promote the company's international cooperation in business; 5. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job requirements
Qualifications: 1. From a European or American country, holding valid residence documents, able to apply for work-study or internship programs at school normally; 2. Capable of processing document endorsements to ensure legal residence during the internship period; 3. Possess good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, and be able to communicate fluently in business settings; 4. Have good organizational and coordination skills, as well as a team spirit, and be able to complete work tasks efficiently; 5. Have some understanding of cross-cultural communication and international business, with relevant internship or work experience preferred; 6. Have strong learning ability and a sense of responsibility, and be able to take the initiative to learn and adapt to new working environments.
