Front desk service management
Supervise the daily work of front desk staff to ensure the standardization and normalization of service process.
Regularly assess the quality of front desk services, identify problems and formulate improvement measures in a timely manner.
Organize training and assessment of front desk staff to improve the overall service level of the team.
Customer reception and guidance
Warmly receive visiting customers and provide professional and considerate consulting services.
Accurately understand customer needs and guide customers to relevant departments or personnel.
Responsible for dealing with emergencies in the front desk area to ensure customer safety.
Office environment management
Maintain the front desk area in a clean and beautiful condition, and ensure that the office environment meets the requirements of the company's image.
Supervise the daily maintenance and upkeep of front desk facilities and equipment to ensure their normal operation.
Coordinate with relevant departments for office environment improvement and optimization.
Information Management
Responsible for registering, organizing and filing information of visiting customers to ensure information security.
Communicate important company notices and information in a timely manner to ensure that the front desk team understands and implements them.
Assist in completing front desk related data statistics and analysis.
External Relationship Coordination
Maintain good communication and cooperation with courier companies, property companies and other relevant external units.
Handle external affairs involved in the front desk to maintain the company's image and reputation.
Other duties
Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.
Actively participate in the activities organized by the company to enhance team cohesion and centripetal force.
Job Requirements
Requirements
College degree or above, preferably in hotel management, administration or other related majors.
At least 3 years of front desk management or related work experience, familiar with front desk service process and standards.
Good communication skills and organizational and coordination skills, able to properly handle various emergencies.
Good image quality, good professionalism and service consciousness.
Skilled in the use of office software, with a certain degree of data analysis and processing capabilities.
