Job responsibilities
Responsibilities: 1. After-sales service and technical support. 2. Spare parts management; 3. Process customer complaints. 4. Organize product training. 5. Cooperate with regional sales managers to increase product market share. 6. Produce product videos. 7. Report to senior management at regular intervals on all aspects of the assigned territory.
Job requirements
Requirements: 1. Bachelor or above, major in automotive engineering, electronics, computer and other related fields. 2. 3+ years’ experience in automotive diagnostic tool operation, online programming experience is preferred. 3. Native speaker, English is preferred. 4. Interpersonal and teamwork skills. 5. Familiar with Excel/Word/PPT. 6. Highly motivated to succeed, grow and develop. 7. Accept frequent business travel abroad.
