Job responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Provide daily administrative support to the Senior Manager, such as arranging meetings, organizing documents, handling emails, etc., to ensure that the Senior Manager's work can be carried out smoothly. - Project Management: Assist the Senior Manager in managing and coordinating various projects, ensuring that the projects are carried out in accordance with the predetermined schedules and budgets, and solving problems arising from the projects in a timely manner. - Decision-making support: collect and organize relevant information, conduct market analysis and research, and provide data support for the senior manager's decision-making. - Communication and Coordination: Act as a bridge between the Senior Manager and other departments or external partners, responsible for communication and coordination to ensure the accurate transmission of information and timely resolution of problems. - Scheduling: Responsible for senior manager's scheduling and trip planning, including meeting arrangements, business trips, etc., to ensure that the senior manager's time is utilized efficiently. - Document Processing: Drafting, reviewing and revising all types of documents required by the senior manager, such as reports, contracts, speeches, etc., to ensure the accuracy and professionalism of the documents. Overall, Assistant Senior Managers need to have excellent organization, coordination, communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a high degree of responsibility and dedication to provide a full range of support and services to ensure that Senior Managers are able to complete their work tasks efficiently.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements: - Bachelor degree or above, English level 6 or above, fluent speaker is preferred; - Specialty is not limited, excellent fresh graduates or engaged in freight forwarding industry for more than half a year is preferred; - Cheerful personality, good image, temperament, strong language skills, strong communication and resilience, good communication, understand business etiquette; - Can bear hardships and stand hard work, hardworking, strong understanding and adaptability, clear thinking, careful, good at observing and finding problems.
