Position Responsibilities Responsible for the overall teaching of GRE/GMAT courses, formulate teaching plans, design teaching programs, and ensure the quality and effectiveness of teaching; In-depth understanding of GRE/GMAT test content and test techniques, providing students with professional test guidance and test preparation advice; According to the actual situation and needs of students, develop personalized teaching plans and tutoring programs to help students improve their test scores; Organize regular mock exams and assessments to track and feedback on students' learning and adjust teaching strategies in a timely manner; Write teaching materials, test preparation guides and other teaching aids to provide comprehensive learning support for students; Actively participate in teaching research and academic exchanges, and continuously improve their teaching level and professionalism; Maintaining good communication with trainees, answering their questions, and providing necessary psychological support and encouragement;

Requirements Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in English, education or other related majors; Hold a certificate of high GRE/GMAT scores and be familiar with the test process and scoring standards; Have more than 2 years of GRE/GMAT training experience, with successful teaching cases and student reputation; Passionate about education, with strong teaching enthusiasm and sense of responsibility; Possess good communication and expression skills, and be able to explain the course content clearly and vividly; Teamwork spirit and good organizational and coordination skills, able to work effectively with other trainers and team members; Skilled in the use of multimedia teaching equipment and online teaching platform, with basic computer operation skills.
