Job responsibilities
- Welcome & farewell guests upon arrival and departure, to build up and maintain good customer relations with guests
- Station at guests entrance and specific VIP areas to assist and escort guests
- Participate in VIP events to ensure great guest experience
- Be knowledgeable of hotel information to effectively and confidently answer guest inquiries
Job requirements
- 1 year or above customer Services experience is preferred
- Good Communications Skills
- Height:
- Male: Above 180cm
- Female: Above 168cm
- Age: below 35 years old
- Good grooming and presentable
- Fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese and English
- High School Graduated or above
