一、岗位职责：（共享行业高速发展的红利，高业务提成）　　 1、负责持续完善国际贸易团队管理工作，建立并完善高效的国际贸易管理体系，完成国贸销售目标； 2、负责按照公司战略规划，制定国际贸易年度、季度工作计划，并组织实施，达成工作目标； 3、负责完善客户服务管理流程，建立良好稳定的客户关系，挖掘老客户新项目需求； 4、负责做好国外市场营销策划工作，组织好市场宣传、展会推广、市场调研和市场信息分析等相关工作； 5、负责国际贸易团队建设工作，做好团队成员工作技能带训，提升团队市场拓展能力； 6、负责新能源、医疗、工控等重点大客户开发工作，带领国贸团队开拓国外市场。 二、任职要求： 1、本科以上学历，国贸或商务英语相关专业，8年以上外贸经验，3年以上外贸经理管理经验； 2、具有较强的国外市场开拓能力，具有成功开发国外行业龙头企业大客户项目经验，有EMS或者主机厂开发经验优佳； 3、性格开朗，乐观向上，有较强的沟通协调能力和抗压能力，有意愿同公司一起成长。

B.Job Requirements: 1, Bachelor degree or above, major in international trade or business English, more than 8 years of foreign trade experience, more than 3 years of foreign trade manager management experience; 2, with a strong ability to explore foreign markets, with the successful development of foreign industry leading enterprises major customer project experience, EMS or OEMS development experience is preferred; 3, cheerful, optimistic, strong communication and coordination skills and ability to work under pressure, willing to grow together with the company.
