Job responsibilities
1.Develop and manage sales strategies and action plans to achieve annual sales targets for the Americas region in line with the company's strategic direction. 2.Supervise and coach the sales team through standard sales management activities such as business (lead/opportunity) reviews, forecasting, customer visits, presentations, training, etc. 3.Proactively contribute to the continued growth of the Americas region, working with the team to identify growth opportunities by region and industry. 4.Identify new channels (direct sales or distributors) and participate in the recruitment of key team resources and new distributors. Ensure management of distributors, including strategic planning and deployment of growth plans. 5.Develop regional strategies to grow key and strategic accounts. Implement global initiatives to develop new business opportunities. 6.Establish effective communication channels with HQ to maintain synergies between all services and departments. 7.Recruit new employees and conduct performance/compensation reviews. 8.Support Mango Power's global sales model and recommend improvements.
Job requirements
1.Bachelor's degree and above. 2.Fluent in English, other languages preferred. 3.10+ years of relevant experience in technical sales and team management. 4.Knowledge of new energy industry and energy storage products is preferred. 5.Familiar with customer relationship management system. 6.Ability to accept travelling in the Americas.
