Responsible for identifying, screening, and operating business opportunities in the relevant international regions. 3. Oversee daily operations in the relevant international regions to ensure achievement of annual goals and plans. 4. Maintain relationships with local governments, industry associations, business organizations, and partners to ensure good performance in the overseas regions. 5. Complete other tasks assigned by the company.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher from a full-time university, major is not specified. 2. English can be used as a working language (required); under 45 years old, with flexibility for exceptionally outstanding candidates. 3. 8 years or more of work experience, with at least 3 years of overseas project management experience (required), in any industry. Familiarity with specific international or regional laws, regulations, and cultures, and possessing certain channel resources. 4. Expertise in languages, business, industry, and management required for overseas project management. Experience in oil and gas industry overseas project development and management is preferred. 5. Strong learning ability and stress resistance, with willingness to frequently travel overseas or be stationed abroad. 6. Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
