We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Honeycomb Process Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of honeycomb manufacturing processes and a proven track record of optimizing production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities: Lead process development and optimization initiatives to improve honeycomb manufacturing processes. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address process inefficiencies and quality issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and quality assurance to drive continuous improvement efforts. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for honeycomb manufacturing processes. Provide technical guidance and training to production personnel to ensure compliance with SOPs and best practices. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in honeycomb manufacturing. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of [X] years of experience in honeycomb manufacturing or related field. Strong knowledge of honeycomb materials, processes, and equipment. Proficiency in process optimization techniques such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or similar methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and implement effective solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience with CAD/CAM software and manufacturing simulation tools is a plus.
