Key Responsibilities: 1. **Project Consulting and Planning:** - Provide detailed consulting services for enterprises regarding the EMF and BUD subsidy programs, including specific requirements, application criteria, scope of funding, and funding limits. - Based on the actual situation of the enterprise (such as company size, business scope, market expansion plans, etc.), assist enterprises in planning suitable subsidy application strategies and assess potential benefits for the enterprise in each project. 2. **Application Materials Preparation:** - Conduct in-depth research on the application details of each project, collect, organize, and fill in various application forms to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information. - Strictly review and proofread application materials to ensure they meet the requirements of government departments and to increase the success rate of applications. 3. **Project Follow-up and Coordination:** - Serve as a communication bridge between enterprises and government departments, submit application materials in a timely manner, and follow up on the application progress. **Work Location:** Hong Kong. Job Requirements: 1. 1-3 years of work experience, with experience in executing the entire application process and successful case studies (a must). 2. Familiarity with Hong Kong government commercial policies and regulations, especially those related to the EMF and BUD subsidy programs, and an understanding of the role and regulations of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council and other relevant institutions in supporting enterprises. 3. Proficiency in Cantonese and Hong Kong dialect is preferred. 4. Basic business knowledge, including concepts in enterprise operations, market promotion, brand building, and technology application, to better understand enterprise needs and the fit with subsidy programs. 5. Understanding of financial knowledge, ability to read financial statements, and clear understanding of the accounting and usage rules for subsidy funds to ensure compliance with financial regulations during the application and use of subsidies. 6. Excellent writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, accurate, and well-organized project application materials, reports, and communication letters. 7. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
