Job responsibilities
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain relationships with travel agencies, industry peers, and corporate clients. Break down and set B2B channel hotel sales targets, identify sales opportunities, and take charge of key client development and maintenance. 2. Understand the internal processes and business needs of client enterprises, establish client profiles, and based on this information, develop effective project marketing plans and implement them. Establish effective interfaces for channel sales. 3. Through business visits or participation in bidding processes, engage in corporate travel business development and contract signing to achieve sales goals. 4. Continuously develop new clients, conduct segmented expansions in various markets, and enhance market share.
Job requirements
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for the hotel management industry. Over 2 years of relevant work experience in the hotel and travel industry, with extensive B2B sales experience. 2. Possess excellent service awareness, outstanding PR skills, and communication abilities. Proficient in customer management and maintenance procedures. 3. Ability to handle work pressure, be proactive, confident, dedicated, and demonstrate a high level of enthusiasm for work. Strong teamwork, excellent communication, and coordination skills. 4. Willingness to undertake short-term business trips.
