Job responsibilities
1. Responsible for the personnel related work of various modules in the Thai factory 2. Recruitment: Assist in job posting and resume screening; Arrange interviews and follow up on interview results; Participate in onboarding training for new employees 3. Training: According to the annual training plan, organize and arrange internal and external training resources, control the training process and follow up on the results 4. Personnel management: including but not limited to personnel file and contract management, review and processing of personnel procedures such as employee onboarding, regularization, transfer, promotion, and resignation, handling and adjustment of social security, housing provident fund, attendance, salary settlement, performance evaluation and other accounting and summary, employee annual physical examination arrangements, satisfaction surveys, etc 5. Responsible for personnel coordination between the Thailand factory and Kunshan factory 6. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors
Job requirements
1. College degree or above, fluent in Chinese and Thai 2. More than 2 years of experience in human resources work in mechanical manufacturing enterprises is preferred 3. Familiar with human resources workflow, familiar with various templates, familiar with recruitment and personnel affairs work can be given priority consideration; 4. Familiar with local Thai laws, regulations, talent policies, and other government supportive policies; 5. Has good affinity, strong communication and coordination skills, and strong ability to withstand pressure
