Job responsibilities

-Curriculum planning and delivery: Prepare and deliver engaging and effective English courses for children according to the curriculum and goals set by idol children or schools. This includes developing a curriculum plan, selecting appropriate textbooks, and using various teaching methods to attract students. -Student assessment and progress monitoring: Evaluate students' English proficiency and progress through regular assessments, tests, and observations. Provide feedback to students and parents on their progress, areas for improvement, and suggestions for further learning. -Classroom management: Maintain a positive and orderly learning environment in the classroom. This includes managing student behavior, ensuring safety, and promoting an atmosphere of cooperation and respect. -Communication with parents and administrative departments: Regularly communicate with parents, provide updates on student progress, and resolve any issues they may have. Collaborate with administrative departments and other teachers to improve teaching practices and enhance students' learning experience. -Professional Development: Participate in professional development activities such as seminars, training, and conferences to enhance your teaching skills and knowledge of best practices in English education. -Extracurricular activities: Assist in organizing and supervising extracurricular activities or clubs related to English learning, such as book clubs, drama clubs, or language exchange.

Job Requirements

- Age: 25-30 years old - Education and qualifications: You will normally need to have a degree in education or a related field, specializing in English or a related language. - Teaching experience: Teaching experience is preferred, especially in the field of English language education. This may include experience teaching children or young learners, as Idol Kids may cater to a younger audience. - Fluent English language skills: Excellent English language skills are essential, including strong speaking, listening, reading and writing skills. You may need to demonstrate your proficiency through tests or interviews. - Ability to interact with children: as a children's English teacher, you should have the ability to interact effectively with young learners. This includes using creative teaching methods, maintaining a positive and inspiring classroom environment, and adapting your teaching style to meet the needs of different children. - Familiarity with curriculum and materials: you should be familiar with the curriculum and materials used by Iconic Kids or the organization you are applying to. This will help you plan and deliver lessons effectively. - Flexibility and adaptability: It is important to be able to adapt to changing environments and schedules, as teaching environments are often dynamic and unpredictable.
