Job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Project planning and program development
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and develop interior design programs that meet their requirements.
Conduct pre-project research, collect and analyze relevant information to provide a basis for the development of design solutions.
Prepare detailed design programs, including floor plans, renderings, material lists, etc., to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the programs.
Design and Creativity
Propose innovative design concepts and creative solutions based on customer needs and market trends.
Apply professional knowledge to carry out design work such as space planning, color matching and material selection.
Responsible for the modification and optimization of the design scheme to ensure that the design effect meets the client's expectations and company standards.
Project Execution and Follow-up
Work closely with the construction team to ensure that the design program is accurately implemented during the construction process.
Follow up the progress of the project and solve the problems in the construction process in time to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
Coordinate with internal and external resources to promote the timely completion and high quality delivery of the project.
Customer Communication and Relationship Maintenance
Maintain close communication with clients and provide timely feedback on design progress and problems encountered.
Collect feedback from clients and continuously optimize design solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
Maintain good client relationship and promote follow-up cooperation opportunities.
Job requirements
- Work closely with client and users to make sure that projected designs match their needs and are functional, safe and economical.
- This mid-senior position controls a project from start to finish.
- Experienced in retail, shopping mall and commercial will be considered in priority.
- Must be familiar with China Building Codes.
- FF&E experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills in both Chinese and English is essential.
