Job responsibilities
Follow up the company’s employment branding strategy and maintain company talent sourcing channel: website, weibo, linkedin and etc;Interact with management team regarding all headcounts and vacancy status;Accumulate a strong candidate database in China recruitment /head hunting industry;Source, interview and meet candidates to establish long term connection and relationship with them;Manage multi-recruiting pipelines / job openings and hit revenue / KPI targets;Initiate campus recruitment with University and MBA School;Organize workshop, saloon and industry events to attract potential talent;
Job requirements
At least 1 years recruitment experience or industry background (sales experience is preferred);Good image and proactive working attitude;Result driven, strong team working spirit and can work under pressure;Extrovert, friendly and strong business sense;Fluent English.
