Position Accountabilities:1、Providing tailor-made solutions and confirm with client via emials,telephone etc2、Monitoring drivers, airport staff,couriers and shipments transportation 3、Communicating with agents/clients overseas in fluent English4、Update customer with shipment status from time to time proactively by emails/SMS5、Handling emergency incidents

Qualifications：1、College degree or above. The major of International Shipping or customs will be highly prefer considered; 2、Good command of oral,written English,3、Ability to use effectively in MS operation system, type speed is 60 per min at least in Chinese,and 200 per min in English with good skills of business correspondence and telephone communication 4、Clear articulation in Mandarin5、Rapid response capability; strong initiative and learning ability
