1. Responsible for design of OLT&ONT PoC test specification and PoC or test execution of OLT&ONT, complete the test tasks arranged by the team, and ensure the achievement of test goals; 2. Responsible for tracking faults in the testing process, promoting problem solving, and being responsible for the quality of the tested functions; 3. Responsible for commercial demonstration and trial commercial deployment of Fixed network products. 4. Responsible for formulating phased testing plans for product software, performing software functional testing and product performance testing, and submitting test reports; 5.Responsible for on-site engineering implementation, debugging and commissioning, upgrade and cutover, troubleshooting, and on-site outsourcing management of products.

1. Bachelor degree or above in computer, communication, electronics and other related majors, with 3+ years of work experience after graduation, or 1+ year work experience with master degree; 2. Working background in communication or computer industry, familiar with ONT, OLT, TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP and SR related knowledge is preferred; 3. CCNA is preferred; 4. Experience in communication product development, testing, pre-sales or post-sales is preferred; 5. Love testing work, have strong communication and expression skills, have a strong sense of responsibility and achievement orientation, can bear certain pressure, and can actively respond to new challenges. 6.Knows GPON product, two years experience. 7. Proficient in English, able to meet daily communication requirements 8.Base in Chile, Able to travel as demanded in Latin America
