Responsible for project handling/management for global and local key accounts in Automotive/NEV and electronics industries. Bridge the communication and share the project status/milestones, between China local project team and project team in German HQ. Participate in project and contract negotiation including technical specification and commercial terms. Fulfill the internal and external coordination to achieve successful project and high degree of customer satisfaction. Improve the work processes, the quality and efficiency of project handling, by systematic analysis and lesson learn. Work together with technical sales team and visit customers in the target segments; Cultivate the potential and new biz prospects from existing key accounts, by utilizing existing successful stories, applications and references.

Bachelor Degree or above with engineering background; Minimum not less than 3 years work (plus study) experience in China market. Long term career development and settlement in great Suzhou area. 3 plus years of work experience in mechanical/industrial engineering or customized assembly automation. Preferred with project management experience. Demonstrated "Hunter" mentality and position potential customers and business prospects, from existing key account segments. Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills both in English and in German. Preferred with Chinese language ability. Good command of Sales & Marketing techniques and financial principles. Must exhibit self-motivated, energetic, pressure undertaking and an extremely proactive approach. Good team work spirit, representing the company's long term based business philosophy.
